The context

The platform relied on separately managed systems. The work called for a more manageable operational setup, alongside continued development of the trading application, business systems and supporting infrastructure.

My contribution

As CTO, I combined technology leadership with hands-on application development, architecture modernization and system operations.

  • Developed a mobile trading application for commodity and forex markets.
  • Developed and maintained business management systems and infrastructure across multiple regions.
  • Built automated workflows for application delivery and infrastructure management.
  • Managed operational incidents and documented findings to guide improvements.
