The context

An Umrah marketplace needs more than a package catalogue. Package details, departure dates, seat availability, bookings and pilgrim documents need to stay connected as travel partners and platform operators manage each journey.

My contribution

My work on Baituna brings together the customer-facing marketplace, a travel-partner portal and a platform-management portal, connecting product development with operational workflows.

  • Developed package discovery and booking flows, including room-type selection, pilgrim details, invoices and payment confirmation.
  • Built partner workflows for managing packages, departures, prices, seat quotas, bookings and document requirements.
  • Developed platform-management tools for partner oversight, package review and payment verification.
  • Connected booking and inventory data across the applications, with role-based access and background processing for operational tasks.
