The context

The product brought together a motorcycle community and a marketplace. The scope also included the technical delivery and operational processes needed to support the platform during my involvement.

My contribution

As Technology Lead and Founding Engineer, I worked on platform development and the foundations for delivering and operating the product.

  • Developed the motorcycle community and marketplace platform.
  • Built CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure as code.
  • Handled operational incidents and prepared technical postmortems.
